Meetings and Summits

The Digital Nations network meets in-person twice each year to set shared priorities, agree on common approaches, and coordinate international digital cooperation. These meetings take place at the mid-year Senior Officials Meeting and the annual Digital Nations Ministerial Summit.

Throughout the year, member countries remain closely connected through virtual meetings, working sessions, and thematic group collaboration. This ongoing engagement supports real-time knowledge exchange, accelerates progress on shared initiatives, and maintains momentum between formal in-person meetings.

Annual Digital Nations Ministerial Summit

Held once a year and hosted by the Presidency country, the Ministerial Summit brings together Ministers, senior officials, and subject-matter experts to agree on strategic priorities, advance collective digital government initiatives, and respond to emerging opportunities and challenges across the network.

Mid-Year Senior Officials Meeting

Senior Officials convene midway through the year to coordinate ongoing collaboration, review progress on the annual work programme, and address new or evolving digital priorities. This meeting ensures continuity across the work cycle and strengthens practical cooperation among member countries. Traditionally, the upcoming Presidency country hosts the Senior Officials Meeting, which serves as a foundation for the more in-depth discussions held at the Ministerial Summit.
